I’ve always wanted to try writing stories and share my little-crazy-awkward experiences in my daily life. However, since June 2022 started, I felt a bit unmotivated. Maybe because of the pressure caused by my upcoming college years. I felt that I had so many things to prepare that I wasn’t quite sure where to start. So I did a bunch of those things: searched for online textbooks, watched those “what to expect in pharmacy” kind of videos, and studied to recall the topics I learned from my previous years.
It was going okay, but not for too long. I got occupied with other things that I lost motivation to study. I felt tired physically and mentally already. As days passed by, I started to imagine what my freshman year would look like and it made me remember my highschool days wherein I would feel very nervous for no reason, or for every possible reason instead.
But despite everything, I finally had a grip on what I wanted to do. On this day, the 22th, I started to “really” study the topics that people said would provide a great background on my major subjects. Lecture videos were nice, they helped me focus a lot than reading online textbooks. I was also very happy to find online pharmaceutical botany and perspectives in pharmacy textbooks.
My goal for June, until the upcoming month is to track my progress in terms of motivation and task accomplishments. I hope for the best!
